Synopsis

In order to implement a staff turnover, the board of directors of a soccer club decides to incorporate young talents to the team in the pre-season, so that they can gradually adjust to the team. In recent years, the club has won many victories, but the average age of their players is rising. The strong bonds between the players and their concern about the future make it difficult to incorporate younger players and give them the space to prove their worth. As the situation escalates, the coach and directors lose control and find themselves worrying about the team’s performance for the second half of the season and facing uncertainty about their strategy for the next season.

Synopsis

The CEO of a company is compelled to incorporate young employees with academic qualifications to fill management positions. After acquiring the rights for an important project in Castellón, he decides to create a delegation and appoints two young talents to manage it: a civil engineer and a quantity surveyor. However, they soon find themselves in conflict with an experienced construction manager who has worked at the company for fifteen years and whose professional growth is based on work experience and dedication. They find him to be problematic as he criticizes the CEO's appointment decision. The young managers choose courses of action that isolate the construction manager, who feels cast aside and adopts an attitude that jeopardizes the project. Management is faced with the following challenges: ensuring the efficiency of the construction, improving the work environment, and training managers for key positions in the future.

Synopsis

In the middle of the preseason, and during signing season, a soccer club decides to sign the top scorer of the previous championship to strengthen their team and have a chance at winning the league. However, this forces the club to pay him a higher salary than even the team captain and some key players currently receive. The players soon protest and present the club with a drastic ultimatum: either they match their salaries or risk losing some of them before the end of the August recruitment window. The club is now trying to find short- and long-term solutions to resolve these issues and prevent a reoccurrence.

Synopsis

A rugby club appoints a new CEO whose main objective is to earn back the team's historic position at the head of the table, which it hasn't achieved in a long time. To accomplish this, he hires a renowned coach who, in turn, signs a star player from Australia as the team's driving force. He promises him the captain's position and a two-year contract renewal if the team wins the championship. At the same time, in order to evaluate the team's performance, the CEO decides to implement a 360-degree assessment system and reinforce the club's original values. The star player's assessment results turn out to be completely unexpected, but they do win the championship. The club is left with maximum efficiency on the one hand, but tension in the team on the other. Now the CEO must decide how to move forward.
